Netball

Our Y4/5/6 netball club takes place after school on Friday until 4.15pm. This club is free to parents.

We hire a sports coach through Sports Cool to run this club and train the girls for their league matches. We are grateful to Mrs Lahey, our sports league for attending the league matches.

In the club there is a focus on learning netball skills and also playing matches. The children train to take part in competitive events out of school against other schools through Pendle Sports Partnership

Our successful netball team 2023 - 24

Our netball team came second in the top Pendle league this year. Well done all especially as all our players are Year 5; our girls were playing Year 6 girls in the other teams! We are hoping for even greater success next year, when our girls enter Year 6!
